Startup for different users on the same computer

I can't figure out how to have some programs startup for only me and not for
other users. I'm using Home Premium with 2 users each with their own desktop.
In XP, I could go to Doc and Settings and look at each user and their startup
items and the common startup items. I can't find a similiar folder in Vista.
Does anyone know how to fid that folder or if there is another way to
accomplish the same thing?

They are in the same locations, apart from the fact that Documents and
Settings is now called Users.
