StartUp Folder Problem..............................

I accidentally dragged and copied my StartUp folder onto my desk top.
My question is how do I delete the StartUp folder from my desk top? No,
there is nothing in it. Still, it will not let me delete it even though
there is a copy in my start menu.

open c:/windows/douments and settings/* your
acct*/startmenu/programs and drag it back.
