startup error windows/system32/ddcc.exe

i get the above message on start up,

i also had a message as well for software called sonic but i deleted this
from the control panel and this doesn't appear anymore. it was constantly
asking for a cd or location it could be loaded from. As everything i have
came preloaded from Dell, i didn't have such a CD.
my own feeling is that my virus checker (AVG got infected and produced a
load of false positives and then deleted files)
i have run virus checker/antispyware/ registry cleaner

Patience is a virtue. I just answered this in your first post. Please
wait at least 24 hours before making a new post about the same subject.
If you have further questions about my reply, please post in your
original thread. I won't be monitoring this one.
