Startup Error Mssg

hi

I installed Xp Pro successfully. When I restart the machine I encountered the following message

STOP c000021a {Fatal System Error} The session mangager initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of Oxc000026c (0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down

I can't go to dekstop either by safe mode/ last good configuration

Hi,

This problem may occur if your computer name contains the word "system", for
example, "Mysystem" or "System 32". In the setup process or IIS component,
IIS Setup removes the IUSER account's permission on critical system files.
Because of a string compare problem, it wrongly removes the system account's
ACL on system files so you cannot start the computer.
