Startup Error 15005

I get this error every morning in the Event Viewer - System Log. I've no
idea what it means. My setup is LAN to D-Link Router then to High-Speed
Cable Modem. (Router so that my roomie can access internet wirelessly from
other room). Checked that I have no ports open/closed...all stealth.
MSFT has no explanation.
Anyone any ideas?
