starting with windows

I recently purchased a computer, tryed to go on the internet to register my
product code for windows, and it would not take the numbers on my computer.
I then called the register number, went through the process of registering
the product code, and it told me I was completed. After I did that, I
couldn't stay connected to the internet, let alone get on any other site.
WHAT"S UP WITH THAT?

I'm sorry, but it's simply not possible to give you any focused help
with so little information. Please see these links for what details you
need to include in your next post so we can help you:

Based on your post, a better solution might be for you to have a
professional computer person or really knowledgeable friend come on-site
and set you up properly. I say this not to hurt your feelings in any way
but simply because it might be the most practical thing to do.
