Starting Outlook with 'My Shortcuts' as default

Does anyone know how to make Outlook always start so the 'My Shortcuts'
shortcut bar is displayed by default, instead of the the 'Outlook
Shortcuts'?

Don't believe so.

Move all of your shortcuts from "my shortcuts" to "outlook shortcuts" and
vice versa :-)
