Disable Security Warning When Opening a Shortcut

I'd like to add shortcuts to various file folders on my laptop to my Outlook
2007 Shortcut bar, which I have been able to do. The problem is that Outlook
2007 gives me a Security Warning when I click on it before opening and
displaying the folder.

How can I disable the warning? Its just a regular .lnk file that I'm
clicking on.

I was affraid of that. I fell in love with Outlook 98's integrated File
System Explorer and have never been able to get away from the idea of haivng
it all together. I put together a Custom Outlook Home Page using the OVC a
few years back and will probably just adapt that.

Unfortunately, it can't be disabled.
