Starting from scratch again

Can anyone please tell me how I can delete all
connections and start from scrath please.

I can't delete two of the connections.

To delete a network connection, go to Device Manager and delete the
network adapter that the connection uses. When Windows XP detects and
re-installs the network adapter, it will create a new network
connection.
