starting a new profile and data file

I need to start a new data file? in Outlook and then
import some other data into it. How do I do this. Is it
called creating a new profile? How do i create a new
profile??

A profile contains e-mail account settings a data file holds mail items like
messages, calendar, contacts etc...

You can create a new data file by using File-> New-> Outlook Data File...
