We recently were notified by our Norton Antivirus that we
may have W32Spybot.Worm. One of the instructions says to
open in Safe Mode. Where do you find this option on
Windows XP. We have tried restarting and using the F8,
but still does not come up in Safe Mode. Can you Help.

when the pc boots the sequence of events are genrally a
posting by the bios and then windows boots......
when the pc boots after a few seconds hold the F8 key and
windows gives u a menu. use arrow keys to move up and down
to safe mode and hit enter if you wait too long the system
timer boots up in normal mode
