can anyone help me? When i start up my computer, I get a
blue screen saying ' a fatal exception 0E has occured at
0167:BFF8AB97' thank you

On next Startup, tap F8 and see if you get a Menu. If yes, select Safe
Mode with Command Prompt
Do a System Restore from there.
