Start Up

I received an error message when I turned my laptop on
that windows could not start because the file is missing
or corrupt:
<windows root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe.
 
Hi,

Boot up from the Winxp cd rom and then choose repair. you
will be taken to the recovery console. run
bootcfg /rebuild and the missing files will be restored.
