Windows XP Problem With Laptop

My Laptop Saying Windows Not Start Because The Following File Missing <windows Root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe Please Reinstall Copy Of Above File"dont No What To Do.
 
Insert your XP disk into the CD drive and boot from it - press R to access the Recovery Console and at the command prompt, type in the following:

copy d:\I386\Driver.cab c:\system32\ntoskrnl.exe /v

*where d is the letter of your cd drive

press enter

Take the CD out when verified and reboot your computer.
 
I Don't Have A Xp Disk To Install Into Laptop' I Take It To A Little Computer Shop At Which They Charge Me 30 Quid Every Time To Fix It
