start up

I have a Sony Va10 laptop with Vista Home Premium which has been working well
until recently. Now when I turn the computer on it fails to load and go in to
a restore from previous. This may take 10 minutes to sort out every time I
turn on. Any suggestion to fix

Hi,

Boot the system and hit F8 immediately after the initial system POST to
access the startup menu. Choose the last known good configuration from the
menu. See if this helps. If not, use System Restore to go back to a point in
time that precedes this problem.
