If you have any mapped drives to other networked systems,
delete them. You may also have too many applications
starting up at startup. Check this out by going to Start-
Run and type in MSCONFIG. The startup tab to the right
will show you what is starting up every time you
reboot/logon as a different user. Most of these
applications do not need to run at startup. Uncheck all
but your virus protection and reboot. You should see a
big difference.
