start up

hello to all! i have this ? when i boot up im booting up 26 processes. i run
mscong i have 52 services loading up? i dont know which ones to turn of?? to
much stuff is loading up!!! its not programs i have 3 loading up! can anyone
help?

Remember if your not sure if you need a service and they recommend disabling
it set it to Manual.
