start up

hey guys,
first of all i apologize beforehand because im not that
great with computers so hopefully some of you maybe be
able to track with me..
when i start up (login to my account), im getting two
internet popups..
ive used norton, adaware and msas but i cant seem to get
rid of it..
one of the popups are for www.chattraffic.com or
something like that..
can someone help me out here please?

Do you follow Mikolaj advice?

My advice is this

Please submit a suspected spyware report to spynet. (tools-

submit suspected spyware report).

Feel free to say what you've got in place and have tried,
and that it didn't work.

Once that has completed, please reboot into safe mode
logged in as administrator and run a full antivirus and
spyware scan with the latest signatures to see if that
helps.

Also run on safe mode the tools provided from Mikolaj.
