What part of the whole process is consuming the most time?
My system takes only 10 sec from logging in.

From the begining, when I push the start button on my

Try this:
1. Scan for spyware
2. Get a copy of msconfig.exe from a Windows XP machine and disable startup
apps/services
3. Post back if you still have problems
