Start up

Every time I start my pc 2 internet windows appear. I've got rid of all
viruses, spyware etc, deleted all the temporary internet files and I don't
know what to do next to stop this. The windoes open onto my default home
page (MSN) but this happens every time I open the internet, even from
something like iTunes when it offers to "downlod latest version from the
internet". Help!?

Start>Execute and type "regedit" without quotes. Browse to:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
click over it. How many references to start page (and what) have you at right?

In another comment to a user you mentioned msconfig, is it worth having a
look in there as well? thanks for your help

You can try, but this is only useful to see what programs loads at Windows starts. Try it.

problem, did you have any suggestions for how to stop it opening to the same
page every time? Thanks mate

I don't understand your problem very well. When you click on Internet Explorer icon, what happens?
