Start up sound

I have two people settings for Win XP Pro. One setting for one user has the
normal Windows start up sound that accompanies Windows XP. The other setting
has no normal start up sound at all. Please advise.
 
Hi Danny,

In the "subject" user profile, open Control Panel, Sounds applet.
In the Sounds tab, set the scheme to "Windows default"

Did you disable beep for that account?
