Please post the entire error message regarding "COMMON".

There is no message as such.
When I turn on the computer it automatically open the file named
"COMMON",this file has a yellow envelope named drivers.

What is opening is not a file, it is a Folder, and the cause is a
misconfigured registry entry. Likely caused by a "crashed" hardware
install. What you can do is go to Start, Run, and enter MSCONFIG and
click OK. Now look in "Startup" tab under the "Command" header for an
entry that reads "C:\common" and uncheck it and see if that corrects the
issue.

Thank you for that information.
