start up problem

when windows start desktop soes not have any icons or the start button till
about 2 minuets ,The no of process in the taskmanager is 22.

after about 2-3 min the no of process increase to the normal of about 57 &
every thing icons on the desktop is visible.

i have scanned the pc for the viruses ,no virus is detected but the problem
continues.

any help will be good.
