start up PC Real Time-pop3trap.exe

When I start my computer, this one file runs 99% CPU and
it takes an hour to start, sometimes longer. I go to
control/alt/delete and shut it down ,and the computer
runs okay. How do I reset the PC Cillin program to not
start up when computer starts up but raher start when I
want it to? Any help appreciated. I have tried
everything.

Try going to startup/programs folder and deleting the
program.
