What is the name of the program on xp where you can disable the various
start up programs.
Im debugging some start up problems. Cant remember the name of the
program.

The utility you are referring to is called The System Configuartion Utilty.
This tool can be access by typing "msconfig" without the quotes in the
command prompt.
