Start-up Options

This is a stupid question but I just can't figure it out. There is a folder
that opens automatically every time I start my comp. On older versions of
Windows I was able to customize the start-up options. For some reason I
can't seem to find this menu anywhere on XP. I do not want to delete the
folder, just keep it from opening automatically. If you have any suggestions
please let me know. Thank you.

It is an HP folder, the drivers for my printer. It started doing this after
installing the new printer.

What is the exact name of the folder?

Try this...

Start | Run | Type: msconfig | Click OK |
Startup tab | See anything named HP?
