Start up options screen fail

When I try to access the start up options screen via Tools>Startup I get the
message "No current record"

Any suggestions?
 
Hi John

This sounds like the error is coming from a form that you currently have
open. Does in occur if you close all open forms and have nothing open
except the database window?
