Start up Menu

How do I get my access database reset to defaults after I
unselected Display Database window, display status Bar,
allow menu items, etc....
The only thing I can access now is File, Window and Help.
I need to get back to my designing.
I can no longer access the view, insert, tools to resolve
this issue.

Any assitanec would be greatly appreciated.

I found the fix thanks to Stephen Britton prior post:
Hold down the left shift key while the program loads.

Id1ot, hold down the SHIFT key as you open the database.
