When opening an access database, everything is hidden

Help! I wanted to control what showed when starting a database and through
the view menu I unchecked a few things.
Now when I start the database, access runs but there is nothing else!

Is there a way to restore the default displays when access opens a .mdb file?

Thanks!

HOLD DOWN the SHIFT key while launching the database. That should get you
into the database without the restrictions you have imposed.

Once in, you should be able to change the settings back to what they were.
