When I start up windows, I have to go into Task Manager, then to the
Processes tab, so I can "end process" on a file named "ieih32.exe". This
file takes up all of my CPU usage which makes my computer incredibly slow, if
not freeze. Once I end the file, the computer runs fine, until the file
starts up again half an hour later. Is there a way I can prevent this file
from starting up on it's own? Thanks for your help.
