Start problem

Hi everybody. My PC doesn´t start, the screen is black an appears this: NTLDR
IS MISSING PRESS CTRL+ALT+DEL TO RESTART. I did it, but the same sign apperas
time after time. I tried all the procedures indicated in the manual, but no
one worked.
