start navigation sound will NOT turn off

Hello,

It's not in the "sounds and audio devices." I set the whole sound
scheme to "none" and that "blasted" click will not go away unless I
mute my speaker.

Does any know the reg key when to turn this off??

Hi Ray Try this click on my computer / control pananl /
sounds& audio devices / sounds / then sounds navigation

He was not correct in his location:
control panel /sounds& audio devices / sounds / windows explorer/complete
navigation

Or if you want to go the registry route:
HKCU\AppEvents\Schemes\Apps\Explorer\Navigating\.Current or .Default

That changed the sound for Windows Explorer, but not IE. I still got
that click when the page finishs loading.

Any other ideas?
