Right click on the taskbar and uncheck 'Lock the Taskbar'. Once unlocked
left click on a blank space on the taskbar and drag it to the bottom of the
screen. Then, right click on the taskbar and check 'Lock the Taskbar' to
prevent you from accidentally moving it again.
Please don't yell at us. We can hear you if you type normally, in mixed
case.
Although by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the screen, it can
be on any of the sides you prefer it on. To move it from any side to
another, simply click on an unused part of it and drag it where you want it.
Be sure to click *within* it, not on the edge; clicking on the edge and
dragging will resize it
If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on it and

What about if you right click the taskbar, and it is already unlocked, but
it will only allow you to drag it in one direction ie. it will get wider and
fill the screen but will still not allow itself to be dragged to the bottom
of the screen. Any suggestions for that? Thanks.
