I have successfully upgraded to XP for some months now
and had no problem in pinning different shortcuts "above"
the line in the start menu. I had to recently run a
repair in one of the suite applications and now, despite
my continual unchecking of Internet Explorer and Outlook
boxes (under Advanced) and continually attempting to pin
new shorcuts, they will show up above the line. When I
next click on start, the menu will ALWAYS revert to
Outlook and Explorer showing above the line and none of
the shortcuts I've pinned. Can anyone advise me on this?
