Start Menu in XP Home No picture

I had to do a system restore with my system restore disk, now I don't have the picture beside my name in the Start Menu. I had this prior to the reload.
 
1. Click Start button, go to Control Panel, select User Accounts. Select your
Account.
2. Click Change My Picture.
