Start Menu Disappeared

My computer froze up and when it had rebooted, my start
menu and launcher were gone.

Have tried rebooting (numerous times) and don't know what
else to do...can anyone help me?

Right click on your task bar and look in properties.

No task bar either...the only thing remaining on my
desktop are My Computer and Network Neighborhood.

I've never see this before and have no clue what to do...

(7 staff) grassroots organization and I would have to have
