Start menu and etc.

Alrite.. I used a Tweak manager for win xp. It seemed to work but after I
retarted I got the Classic windows start menu and my internet was down. So I
said oph well easy to fix just go to starrt menu options and fix it. But when
I did all that was there was the Classic option...the windows XP one was
missing. So I tried to repai/recover using the CD and sys restore to no
avail. I dont think I have the tweak manager anymore... i deleted it and
forgot what it was. But i am lost...please help.
