Start menu>>all programme >>any software >>Blank

My computer recently has the following problem: When click on "Start" >> All
programmes Window >>Any programme >> "Blank" (grey in colour). Why my
computer become like that after full system scan for virus by Norton? How to
correct it? I have perform system restore but not help.
