Start Key

I installed a multimedia keyboard driver per HP instructions (I just
upgraded my other PC from Win ME to Win XP). However, after restart, my
programs in the Startup Folder won't open, I click Start, nothing happens
which keeps me from getting to the Restore Function, pressing the Windows
key on the keyboard does nothing.
I'm on my other PC typing you this.
PLEASE HELP me!!!

If you press the F8 key just before windows starts to load you get a menu
which will allow you to select the "Last know good configuration" or I
suspect that from the same menu you can access "Safemode" from there you
should be able to do a system restore.

Don't know why I didn't think of that. I've used it before.
