Start Button Default

when i right click on the start button the SEARCH feature
is set as the default. how & where do i change this
setting?? i looked in tools / folder options but
couldn't locate anything.

thank you
 
Find/Open/Explore are located:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell]
