Start and Stop times default to today

No matter what day I select and double click to create an appointment, the
day is always the current day, the start time is the next full half hour, and
the stop time is 30 minutes later. If I right click and select New
Appointment, the start time is the current day with the time on the next full
half hour, and the stop time is the day I selected with the time a half hour
after the time I selected. This just started. I tried exporting the data,
recreating the calendar, and importing the data back in. I tried creating a
new profile. I tried on a different PC all with the same results. This is
Outlook 2003 running against Exchange 2003. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.
