Printing weekly calendars

[TAHill]

I would like to print the weekly calendar with appointments exactly as it is
on the screen - each appointment with the full width of the day's column,
unless appointment times conflict. I was able to do that in Outlook 2003, but
in 2007, the printed weekly calendar presents short appointments (half hour)
in "bubbles" that appear to conflict in times when in fact they do not. Any
help out there?

I have downloaded the calendar printing assistant, but how do I access it now
in Outlook? Also, the format that I want was available in 2003, without any
special effort - it was the default for the weekly format. Is that not
possible in 2007 without a lot of effort?

It's on the start menu - under office, office tools folder.

If outlook 2007 doesn't offer a print format, you need to use the printing
assistant or another tool. I don't consider any of the tools any more effort
than printing from outlook - they have more features and options and are
worth it.

Ok, so now I've downloaded the calendar assistant and opened it, but how can
I integrate its templates in Outlook? I need to print a calendar each week,
and would like to have the customized format listed as one of the options
through Outlook/calendar/ print.

It's on the start menu - under office, office tools folder.

If outlook 2007 doesn't offer a print format, you need to use the printing
assistant or another tool. I don't consider any of the tools any more effort
than printing from outlook - they have more features and options and are
worth it.

it doesn't integrate with outlook - it reads outlook's data.
