Start an external application during activesync synchronisation

Hello All,

I am able to start an external application when the ActiveSync is
connected first.. or when the ActiveSync connection is disconnected..

But I would need an external application to run whenever the
synchrnisation starts or ends..
Is there any way to start an external application when ever the
synchronisation takes place in the Activesync..

You will require to program ActiveSync Provider to perform this.
