Writing an app to plug-in to ActiveSync

Hi
I want to write an app, which will transfer some data, when the PPC connects
via ActiveSync.

How do I write an app which is triggered via ActiveSync?? ie. how do I write
an app which plugs in to ActiveSync

extension" in microsoft.public.pocketpc.developer.
