STAR- Email containing pictures.

When I send someone an email with a picture (which is a sample picture that
came on the laptop) they get the email but it doesn't have the background
picture, just the text. These domains I'm sending to are gmail.com and
comcast.net. Why is the background picture not working.

Thanks

They may have "read in plain text only" turned on for one thing. Have you
proven this is domain specific or just end user specific?

Do you have all other programs accessing the picture closed before you
try to attach in Windows Mail? If not, Windows Mail often has problems
with the attachment.

Also click on Tools, then Options, then, under Mail Sending Format,
HTML Settings. If there is no check mark in the box before Send
pictures with messages, click on this box. Click on OK, then Apply,
then OK again

I checked the "plain text only", it is not selected. I actually have "rich
text (HTML) selected. It's not specific to just one domain so far I have
tried gmail.com and comcast.net and get the same results... PLEASE KEEP IN
TOUCH.
Thanks for responding.
