Standby Mode Disabled

I just repaired my computer from something that stopped me from logging on (Thanks guys who provided the tip) but now I can't put my computer into standby any more. This was one of my most used options and I need to know how I can get it back
 
Fixed my own problem pretty much. Log on to the administrator account. I logged into the administrator account and went to power options. Everything was available again. Fixed!

To log into administrator from the welcome screen, press Ctrl+Alt+Del and the Secure logon window will open.
