standby loses my sound

When I bring my system back from standby I have no sound. I am using my
mobo's on-board sound. If I reboot my machine all is well.

Please help.

Some drivers are like that. Try Device manger and see if there is in
issues with it, you may try Disable and then Enable and see if it works.
