Standby disabled?

I have just reinstalled windows xp pro on a dell
precision 530 workstation with the included windows
reinstall disk, and now the standby option is greyed out
in the shutdown menu. And the standby tab is missing fron
power options in the control panel. Please help, I use
standby alot and it was working very well fore me before.
I have taken screenshots of my problem and they are found

Go to Dell's support/downloads section of their website and download
the video driver for your model. Should clear things up.
