Stand by and hibernate disabled

I am using windows xp prof sp2. After i reinstalling windows my standby and
hibernate button disabled. I can't find hibernate tab under power options
from control panel.How should i recover this problem?

Hi Sasikumar,

This is most likely caused by the device drivers for graphics card (either
it's not installed, or the installed driver is unsigned). Check out the
