Thanks so much. I tried this as well. Actually we figured out what
happened, the toolbar was really there, however, the user had inadvertantly
shrunk it down and relocated to the bottom right portion of the screen as a
little blue box. The box, so small that no arrows or anything were able to
display in the box. I right clicked on the edges and pulled it out to get it
back to the correct size and then relocated it back up to the top of the
screen where toolboxes should be.
